One of the ideals of MyTracker was to be as easy to use as possible, while being a powerful Issue tracker. A clean interface is as important as the features in the software, and MyTracker is designed around the best parts of MyBB. It features the MyBB ACP tabs as its main navigation (as well as the traditional breadcrumbs) ensuring that the important things you need to do are right there where you need them.As well as being quick, one-click visibility also makes MyTracker simple to use. Not only is this AJAX-inspired, and loads inside the page dynamically, it's also much lighter on your server or host.
Of course, not everyone can use this fancy-pants javascript - that's why everything in MyTracker is totally unobtrusive. So, absolutely no functionality is lost to your members.
Creating new Issues is supposed to be as painless as possible. After all, that member has just discovered the problem - they don't want to spend all day typing it up. MyTracker uses MyBB's post editor (you can even use smilies, too) and categorical dropdown boxes to quickly classify what the bug is, where it is and who is the one who's going to squish it to oblivion. Not only are the dropdown boxes the easiest way to help your members report Issues, you have the power to choose what goes in them. Yep, that's right. Group-limited options.
Don't want a registered member to report a critical Issue? Not a problem. MyTracker's seperate Control Panel takes care of that.
