1. Copyright

The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties alongside other intellectual property laws and treaties. MyNetwork is licenced and not sold. Unless prior written approval has been given from Xekko, all copyright notices must remain in place.

2. Software

You may install and use the software you download on any domain you own or working in partnership with. You may also modify the software's code - however you must not redistribute your alterations unless done so via a MyNetwork feature. You may charge patrons for your alterations. Your code is your property and Xekko will not be held liable for any problems that arise from it.

You may not sell, rebrand, share, redistribute, make available to download, lease or sublicence the software or to transfer your rights in other ways without prior written approval from Xekko. You may not use the software on illegal or pornographic content websites - anybody who does so maybe refused support.

3. Support

Xekko is not obliged to provide support or to carry out maintenance services for the software - it does so in good faith. The software is provided 'as is', and you exclude every warranty to the full extent. We cannot guarantee the software will work without fail.

4. Limitation of Liability

Xekko is not liable for any damages of any kind that are somehow connected to the use or the impossibility to use the software, the materials or the functions of the software, such as profit loss, interruption of production processes, loss of business information or any other financial damage, even if you have been explicitly informed about the possibility of such damages or if Xekko had knowledge of it. In no case the liability can exceed the paid license fee.

5. Duration

This licence is valid for the period of the user's Gecko ID. In case of breach of agreement, the right to use the software expires automatically without cancellation.

6. Exclusions

This license agreement is exclusively subject to UK law under exclusion of the uniform purchase laws and under exclusion of the international private law. The applicability of the UN convention about the international goods purchase (CISG) is explicitly excluded.

7. Severability

If any regulation of this agreement is declared invalid, the remaining regulations of this agreement shall remain in effect. The ineffective regulation will be considered as replaced by another regulation that is suitable to carry out the purpose of the ineffective regulation.

8. Xekko Rights

All rights not explicitly granted in this agreement remain with the Xekko. Xekko reserves the right to modify parts of this licence without previous announcement.
